Production & Shipping Time
The production time is the time between releasing an order for production and its shipment.
Please allow 1-2 Business Days for us to prepare your order and designs. We may email you the preview and approval. After your confirmation, we will release your order for production.

The production time varies depending on the season.

Currently, please allow 1-5 Business Days or 3-7 Business Days for the sublimation model for us to prepare your order before shipping. This is in addition to the shipping time specified for each courier at the checkout.

Customizing your order with custom names, numbers or logos will add additional processing time to the order. Additional processing times are noted next to each available option on the product information pages.

Shipping times are estimated by the courier. SoccerShirtsOnline.com does not guarantee the shipping time as these are completely within the control of the postal courier. If you require a specific guaranteed delivery date please contact us before ordering and we can offer a specialized UPS service.

Please note that the delivery time estimates do not include production times. They are estimates that indicate how long your package may take to arrive after it ships.

Delivery time does not include any delays that may occur during customs clearance. In most cases packages will not be delayed by customs, but customs regulations vary from country to country.


Shipping Methods & Tracking
Soccer Shirts Online ships worldwide from our branch in Bangkok, Thailand.

We ship all orders exclusively via UPS Worldwide Saver (3-7 Business Days).

We made this choice because our UPS rates are cheaper than standard EMS or Air Mail, while also providing you with fast and fully-tracked shipping. You will be given a custom shipping quote at checkout. Every shipment includes a UPS tracking number. We will email your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, and it will also be available in your account. You can use this number on our website's tracking page to follow your delivery.


Important Shipping Policies

• Shipping to a Different Address (Gifts & Sponsorships)
  For security, we normally ship to your billing address.
  However, we know you might send an order as a gift or have a sponsor pay. If you want to ship to an address that's different from your billing address, we may need to quickly verify the order.
  We will simply email you to confirm the purchase is legitimate. Please make sure your contact email is correct. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot verify.
• We do not ship to PO Box, military base or APO/FPO/DPO locations.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to double check their shipping address on the order confirmation page before placing their order. Soccer Shirts Online will accept no responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses.
• Please note that requesting an address change with the carrier after your order has shipped will incur a service fee from UPS (starting at $20 per box).

International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be applied by their local customs office. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Urgent Notice for U.S. Customers - Effective August 29, 2025

Due to new U.S. customs regulations, the "de minimis" value exemption for imports has been eliminated for our products.

What this means for you: All packages arriving in the USA on or after August 29, 2025, will be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of the order's value. You are responsible for paying these fees.

How to Pay Import Fees:

UPS will notify you when they pick up your parcel and again once your package reaches customs. This notification is typically sent to the email address you provided with your order. Please ensure your email is correct and check it regularly (including your spam folder) to avoid delays. You have two options:

1. Pre-Pay Online (Recommended): Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to pay the fees online before delivery. This is the fastest and cheapest method.
2. Pay on Delivery (COD): You can also pay the driver directly when they deliver your package. Please be aware that this option includes additional COD service charges from the carrier.

Return Policy
Returns/Refunds due to a change of mind or make a wrong selection will not be accepted.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you wish to return/refund any of the products in your order, you can return the products to us for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Please see the return conditions below.


Return Conditions

• You must first contact us for an RMA number HERE. Any orders sent back without an RMA number will not be refunded or re-shipped.
• Customized products with custom names, numbers, or logos cannot be returned.
• Returned products must be in an unworn, unwashed, unused condition. Product must still be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
• Soccer Shirts Online does not cover the shipping cost of returning the products
• Soccer Shirts Online does not cover the cost of re-shipping exchanged products
• All refunds issued will be minus the original shipping cost
• Any products sent back which do not meet the above return conditions will not be refunded or re-shipped.
• Any additional costs such as taxes or excess shipping charges incurred when returning items will be at the customers expense, and subtracted from the refund.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these dates, ship times are approximate and completely controlled by the shipping courier.


Packages Lost by Courier:
In the case of the courier (i.e., UPS, Fedex, Postal Service) misplacing, losing, damaging or destroying, and failing to deliver a package to the customer; Soccer Shirts Online will file a claim with the Courier in order to recoup the shipping and insurance money for the package. If this claim is successful and we are reimbursed we will forward this payment to the customer. The insurance and shipping refund may or may not cover the entire amount of your purchase. Soccer Shirts Online will only refund you the amount which we receive back from the Courier in compensation.

Packages Returned by Courier/Customs:
If a package is returned to us by the Courier/Customs for any reason, such as incorrect shipping address, held package not picked up, refusal of customer to pay duty, etc... Soccer Shirts Online will contact the customer with the following options:

In the case that the products have not been customized we will offer:
• Refund the order, less shipping costs.
• Re-ship the order at the customers expense.
• Returns/Refunds due to a change of mind or make a wrong selection will not be accepted.

In the case that the products have been customized we will offer:
• Re-ship the order at the customers expense.
• No refund will be offered for customized products, as these cannot be resold.
• Returns/Refunds due to a change of mind or make a wrong selection will not be accepted.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to double check their shipping address on the order confirmation page before placing their order. Soccer Shirts Online will accept no responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses.
