Soccer Shirts Online only ships to confirmed addresses. This means your shipping address must match the billing address on your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Paypal Account. If an order is placed with an unconfirmed address the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. -

Shipping Methods
Soccer Shirts Online ships worldwide from our branch in Bangkok, Thailand.
We offer the following shipping methods:
You will be given a custom quote and delivery time for each method at the checkout.
* Thai Post Air (other than EMS) does not come with an online tracking number. But does include a receipt number for package inquiry.
Shipping Time
Please allow 1-2 Business Days for us to prepare your order before shipping. This is in addition to the shipping time specified for each courier at the checkout.
Customizing your order with custom names, numbers or logos will add additional processing time to the order. Additional processing times are noted next to each available option on the product information pages.
Delivery time does not include any delays that may occur during customs clearance. In most cases packages will not be delayed by customs, but customs regulations vary from country to country.
Package Tracking
With all our shipments (except for Thai Post International Air) we offer an online tracking number, so that you can be apprised of your package status at all times. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. Tracking number will also be stored in your account area with your order details. Once you have your tracking number you can track your package by entering the number on our tracking page.
For shipments which do not have online tracking you will still receive the package receipt number. This cannot be tracked online, but in the event of a delayed package we and/or you can use this number to inquiry about the package at the post office.
International Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees and additional charges of customs clearance or import duties. We have no control over these charges because custom policies vary in different countries. All duties and taxes outside Thailand will be at customer's expense. Soccer Shirts Online is not responsible for these charges.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you are unhappy with any of the products in your order, you can return the products to us for a full refund less shipping. ** Please see money back conditions below **
Return Conditions
- You must first contact us for an RMA number HERE. Any orders sent back without an RMA number will not be refunded or re-shipped.
- Customized products with custom names, numbers, or logos cannot be returned.
- Returned products must be in an unworn, unwashed, unused condition. Product must still be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- Soccer Shirts Online does not cover the shipping cost of returning the products
- Soccer Shirts Online does not cover the cost of re-shipping exchanged products
- All refunds issued will be minus the original shipping cost
- Any products sent back which do not meet the above return conditions will not be refunded or re-shipped.
- Any additional costs such as taxes or excess shipping charges incurred when returning items will be at the customers expense, and subtracted from the refund.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these dates, ship times are approximate and completely controlled by the shipping courier.
Packages Lost by Courier:
In the case of the courier (ie UPS, Fedex, Postal Service) misplacing, losing, damaging or destroying, and failing to deliver a package to the customer; Soccer Shirts Online will fill a claim with the Courier in order to recoup the shipping and insurance money for the package. If this claim is successful and we are reimbursed we will foward this payment to the customer. The insurance and shipping refund may or may not cover the entire amount of your purchase. Soccer Shirts Online will only refund you the amount which we receive back from the Courier in compensation.

Packages Returned by Courier/Customs:
If a package is returned to us by the Courier/Customs for any reason, such as incorrect shipping address, refusal of customer to pay duty, etc... Soccer Shirts Online will contact the customer with the following options:
In the case that the products have not been customized we will offer:
• Refund the order, less shipping costs.
• Re-ship the order at the customers expense.
In the case that the products have been customized we will offer:
• Re-ship the order at the customers expense.
• No refund will be offered for customized products, as these cannot be resold.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
It is the sole responsiblity of the customer to double check their shipping address on the order confirmation page before placing their order. Soccer Shirts Online will accept no responsiblity for incorrectly entered addresses.
Product Image Disclaimer:
Due to the variances in computer monitors, and the various settings for brightness and contrast that users may adjust their monitors to, we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world.
Pricing/ Content Disclaimer:
The information on the Soccer Shirts Online website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to:
