Every step in the process, from the ordering, to communication with the designers, to shipping, to the quality of the materials and workmanship, was exceptional. I wasn't sure on some of the details (what type of image file to send, what size it should be, what printing format would look best) but Peach took care of all of that for me, and the results were fantastic. I went with the International EMS shipping, which took about a week from order completion to arrival in Washington, DC.
